2) How soon will I receive my shoes after payment?
For orders in Singapore and Malaysia, it typically take about 5-8 working days to reach your doorsteps.
For orders from other countries, it will take about 5-15 working days depending on which countries you are in.
Working days excludes Public Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
3) Is there discount for buying multiple pairs or in bulk?
Of course. We can provide discount for purchasing 3 pairs or above. Simply leave us a message HERE and we will respond within 12 hours!
4) How will the orders be delivered?
For orders in Singapore, we will primarily be engaging Speedpost or Airpak Express to deliver our products.
For orders in other countries, our primary courier company will be DHL Express.
We reserve all rights to engage different courier companies depending on conditions that we deem favorable to the buyers.
5) What happens if I am not around to receive the delivery?
The courier will usually attempt to contact you by mobile. If you are uncontactable, the courier will send you information on how to re-schedule a delivery or collect the product.
6) Can I exchange my shoes if the size does not fit me?
Yes you can. You can return the shoes to us and pay a top up fee (amount depends on area) to exchange a new pair. The exchange is subjected to the following conditions:
i) The shoes should not be damaged or worn in a way that will affect its selling value. We reserve all rights to determine the conditions in which selling value are evaluated.
ii) Availability of the sizes required.
iii) There will be no refund/exchange if the size required exceeds our size range. Kindly take note when selecting the largest size.
